My name is Megan Necessary and I am very excited to be teaching at Pleasant Hill School! This is my first year of teaching and I'm excited to be teaching 3rd grade. I served four years in the U.S. Air Force as a Public Health technician and lived in California for most of that time. During that time, I completed my B.A. in Health Care Studies. After separating from the Air Force, I returned home to Illinois to pursue my teaching degree. I went to Illinois State University and received my B.S. in Elementary Education in December of 2014. I live in Morton with my husband and two children. My daughter is 7 years old and in second grade, and my son just turned one year old in October. They keep us very busy! In my free time I love to go fishing, camping, running, cycling, or pretty much anything outdoors. I look forward to a wonderful year in 3rd grade!
